MSS – Terms and Conditions

Welcome to My Speaking Spot (“we”, “our”, “us”)! These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our coaching services, programs, website, and communication platforms. By signing up for any of our plans or accessing our content, you agree to these Terms in full. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our services.

1. Overview of Services

My Speaking Spot offers a variety of personalized English language coaching services, including but not limited to:

  • Audio Plan via WhatsApp – daily listening and speaking practice

  • One-on-One Coaching – personalized sessions based on your learning goals

  • Grammar, Pronunciation & Vocabulary Practice

  • Habit-Building and Goal-Setting Sessions

  • Digital Downloads & Learning Resources

  • Email and Messaging Support

All services are designed to help learners improve fluency, build confidence, and stay motivated.

2. Eligibility

  • You must be at least 16 years old to use our services. If you are under 18, you must have permission from a parent or legal guardian.

3. Payments and Subscriptions

  • All prices are listed in [Canadian Currency].

  • Payments must be made in advance via our approved payment platforms (Stripe, PayPal, etc.).

  • Monthly subscription-based plans will auto-renew unless cancelled at least 48 hours before the renewal date.

  • Refunds are only issued within 7 days of purchase and only for services not yet rendered.

4. Cancellation Policy

We get it—life happens! But to honour everyone’s time:

  • Coaching sessions must be cancelled at least 24 hours in advance to reschedule.

  • Missed sessions or late cancellations will be forfeited without refund.

  • Subscription plans can be cancelled anytime, but partial-month refunds are not issued.

5. Audio Submissions and Communication

  • WhatsApp Audio Coaching participants are encouraged to submit recordings consistently.

  • Feedback is provided during working hours (Mon–Fri, 9 AM–5 PM Eastern Standard Time.

  • Inappropriate content or misuse of the platform may result in termination of access without refund.

6. Intellectual Property

  • All materials provided (videos, PDFs, worksheets, recordings) are for personal use only. You may not copy, share, or distribute them without our written permission.

7. User Responsibility

  • You agree to:

  • Engage with the program respectfully and consistently.

  • Use feedback constructively and communicate in a courteous manner.

  • Keep your login and account information secure.

8. Results Disclaimer

While we provide tools, coaching, and support, your progress depends on your commitment and consistency. We cannot guarantee specific results but will support you 100% of the way!

9. Privacy

We respect your privacy. Your personal information and communication (including WhatsApp audios) are confidential and will not be shared without your permission, except where required by law.

10. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
